Our friends over at Linux-Gamers have published an article taking a look at Linux gaming advancements made over the past year. Below is a small excerpt.

The Year 2005 draws to an end, everyone looks back to see, what happened during the past twelve months and so do we. A few highlights are still in my mind, our first lan party in May is for sure one of them. We suffered a setback, this year, when we were not able to gather enough people for a second lan party. Below the line the year was successful for linux-gamers.net and for linux-gaming in general.

At this point we want to thank all those, who participated in the linux-gamers.net project (for news, howtos, forum posts etc.). We also want to thank our readers and visitors for making this page so successful. Last but not least we want to thank all those, who contributed to linux gaming in all its variety.
